Our primary goal at Smile Dental Center is to provide high-quality, timely dental care. When you book an appointment, that operational slot is reserved exclusively for you.
We request that any cancellations or rescheduling requests be made at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment time.

2. Refund Eligibility for Dental Services
Due to the medical and personalized nature of healthcare treatments, completed dental procedures, surgeries, and clinical consultations are non-refundable.
Advance Deposits: If you paid an advance booking fee to secure a specific surgical or orthodontic slot, it is fully refundable if you cancel your appointment at least 24 hours in advance.
Late Cancellations: If you fail to show up for a scheduled appointment or cancel within less than 24 hours, the advance deposit may be non-refundable to cover clinical setup costs.
3. Exemptions & Non-Refundable Cases
Following dental council protocols and sanitary safety standards, the following items or services are strictly exempt from refunds or exchanges:
Prescribed medicines and pharmaceutical dental products.
Opened oral hygiene products (such as custom trays, whitening gels, or specialist toothbrushes).
Completed diagnostic services, including digital dental X-rays or laboratory assessments.
4. Refund Processing (If Applicable)
If an advance payment refund is approved by our management team due to a timely cancellation:
The system will automatically process your refund, and the balance will be credited to your original payment method (Bank Transfer, EasyPaisa/JazzCash, or Credit/Debit Card) within a few business days.
Cash payments made directly at our clinic desk in Lahore will be refunded in cash or bank transfer upon verification.
